European Product Manager Performance Materials EMEA (m/f/d)

Your role & responsipilities
The EPM Performance Materials EMEA is responsible for the leadership and strategic guidance of a defined product and supplier portfolio and selected topics, including working with required key stakeholder and delivering improved gross profit.

Develop and implement Europan growth strategies for selected products and suppliers,
Alignment with local product management)
Establish volume growth targets and set both supplier and individual targets / KPIs
Define Product/Supplier combinations, manage contracts, negotiate purchase contracts agree volume bundling with/to regions
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
Participates with sales management in the setting of sales objectives and provides price and margin guidance for assigned product lines in order to exceed margin quality targets
Provide product-market information and expertise to internal

Your profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management / Commercial / Business Development type functions, ideally within chemical distribution or other similar B2B environments
Proven ability to work in a commercial environment and within complex international settings
Knowledge and experience of developing products
Good MS Office skills
Strong organizational skills, with a natural willingness to take personal ownership and responsibility for delivering objectives
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present your case and influence others to follow
Proven teamwork skills with demonstrated abilities to work collaboratively and influence, even where no hierarchical relationship exists
Due to the international nature of this role, excellent English language skills (verbal and written) are essential
